To showcase their commitment to headset technology and innovation, Plantronics’ Executive Briefing Center is fitted with multiple digital experience touchpoints. In addition to an interactive history wall and three immersive auditory experience rooms, a row of minimal glass cases showcase Plantronics’ latest headsets for visitors. An accompanying iPad is mounted to each kiosk to give deeper information about the products.
The app is designed to bring context to each product. Paired with the minimal design of the physical enclosure and real product, the app becomes an augmented companion to reveal product features.
I designed and built the app using HTML5 with a PhoneGap wrapper. The app pulls information from a connected content management system to allow easy future updates as new products are introduced.
